Pet Boarding
On the Pet Lodge we have a small Pet Boarding facility for Rabbits,
Guinea Pigs and other small mammals like rats and gerbils.
Limited
space is available for other animals too after discussion with
the Pet Lodge Manager. I'm afraid that we cannot offer boarding for
cats, dogs or reptiles. To discuss boarding requirements please
get in touch
with the Pet Lodge staff by telephone or email.
Rates for the most commonly kept animals are as follows:
- Guinea Pigs in a hutch (up to six) - £3.50
- Single Rabbit in a hutch - £3.50
- Pair of Rabbits in a hutch - £5.00
- Cage of rats/small mammals - £1.50
Prices are daily including drop off and pick up. We have hutches for Guinea Pigs and Rabbits but smaller animals must be boarded in their own cages. Please note that a 50% deposit is required prior to your animal being boarded.
Pet Re-homing Board
Unfortunately due to the limitations on space we are unable in most cases to accept animal donations onto the Pet Lodge. However, we are more than happy to place a free advertisement on our re-homing board on your behalf. The way the board works is simple: We place an advert stating 'free to good home', an interested member of the public takes your details and gets in touch with you, you decide if that person is suitable for your pet. This approach puts you in complete control of who gets to rehome your pet, letting you feel totally comfortable that it will go on to a good and caring home.
